3 Easy Rules for Healthy Living. Everyone Should Follow.

We are constantly hurting ourselves by not living a healthy lifestyle. That’s why, we cannot give our full attention to our work. We think that living a healthy life is too difficult. But you can stay healthy and fit very easily by following a few rules. What are they? Let's find out.
1. Food:
Reduce carbs from your diet. Increase protein and green vegetables. Do not eat processed food. Do not eat fried food. Cut down on excess sugar and oil. Do not overeat. If necessary, divide your meal into portions. Drink 2 to 2.5 liters of water a day. Drink a glass of water before eating. No smoking. Avoid all types of drinks.
2. Exercise and Sleep:
Walk every day. Even two minutes of regular exercise will make a big difference. Do strength training, such as weight lifting, cardio, squats, pushups, planks. Swim if possible. Regular swimming does not require any exercise. Swimming is good for all parts of the body. Get some morning sun, even for 10 minutes. Go to bed before 10pm and sleep deeply for eight hours.
3. Mental Health:
Live a worry free life. Avoid negativity. Forgive people. And forget the bad what he did to you. Avoid negative people in your life. Keep your 'circle' small. Express gratitude. Help people.
